A short argument, in the first person, for why we built Vizuna the way we did.
Work gave us dashboards for everything except the thing that actually moves careers forward.

For a hundred years, companies tried to solve this with surveys, ratings, 360s, and annual reviews. They turned something sacred into something bureaucratic. Trust became a form to fill out, then a score to be judged by, then a thing nobody dared speak about honestly.
We disagree.
