Vizuna AI is optional. Vizuna asks your permission in the app before any content is sent for AI processing. When enabled, text you type to Vizuna AI and relevant in-app signals are processed by a third-party AI service provider. You can disable Vizuna AI in Settings at any time.

Consent comes first

Vizuna AI is an optional feature. Before any of your content is sent for AI processing, Vizuna asks your permission in the app. Nothing is processed by an AI provider until you have said yes.

You can also change your mind: Vizuna AI can be disabled at any time in Settings.

What is processed when Vizuna AI is on

When you enable Vizuna AI, these categories of information may be shared with the AI provider to generate coaching responses, guided reflection prompts, and suggested Actions:

Text you type into Vizuna AI
Guided reflection chat messages, if you use a guided option
Relevant in-app signals needed to answer, for example scores and Action metadata
Work context details you choose to share, which is optional

Which providers

Vizuna uses a third-party AI service provider, depending on configuration and availability. The current list of providers and other subprocessors is published in the security overview, and the full disclosure is in the privacy policy.

Who can read your AI conversations

Only you. Your Vizuna AI chat transcripts are treated like your reflections: the product is designed to prevent organisation administrators from accessing them. See who sees what.
