Who sees what

In Vizuna, your reflections and Vizuna AI chats are visible only to you. Colleague feedback is anonymised and aggregated before anyone sees it. Organisations see only aggregate team patterns and adoption levels. No employer can see raw reflections, individual feedback, or who said what.

The rule behind the table

Everything an individual writes stays with the individual. Everything an organisation sees is an aggregate.

This is built into the product, not just promised in a policy, and it applies to Vizuna AI conversations as much as to written check-ins. Vizuna is designed to prevent organisation administrators from accessing raw individual reflection content, qualitative feedback, Vizuna AI chat transcripts, or source-attributed outputs through the product. Organisation dashboards show anonymised, aggregated data, plus the account administration information needed to run the service.

Aggregates themselves are protected too: team-level views only appear once privacy thresholds are met, so a small group cannot be used to work out who said what. More on that in anonymisation and thresholds.

Your data is yours

How colleague input is protected before it reaches anyone is covered in anonymisation and thresholds. You can export or delete your data at any time. See account deletion and the privacy policy for the details.

Can my manager read my reflections?

No. Your reflections, your Vizuna AI conversations, and your individual results are visible only to you. Managers and organisation admins see aggregate team patterns only.

Can my employer see who wrote a piece of feedback?

No. Colleague input is anonymised and aggregated before anyone sees it, and organisations never see individual feedback at all.
