Vizuna AI is the private coach inside the wider Vizuna people system. It works from the context you choose to share, relevant reflection history, relationships you are working on, and protected colleague signals. It helps you understand one live situation and choose a practical next move.
What Vizuna AI is
Vizuna AI is the coaching layer of the product. You bring a real situation, and it helps you think it through: what happened, what might explain it, and what to do next. The output is one proportionate next move, with suggested wording you can actually use.
What it works from
A general AI chatbot only knows what you typed into it today. Vizuna AI carries context from your check-ins and any colleague reflections you have:
- Your reflection history, so it can see patterns across weeks
- The specific working relationships you are working on
- Anonymised, aggregated colleague input, so it can test your view of a situation against how other people actually experienced it
- Work context you choose to share
That last part is the difference in practice. A chatbot can only reason from your side of the story. Vizuna AI can gently point out when the people around you experienced something different.
How it handles the emotional layer
Work situations are rarely only rational. If someone says they feel “bad”, “stressed”, or “frustrated”, the coach may offer more precise possibilities: disappointed, resentful, exposed, overwhelmed, or bracing for a response. The person confirms or corrects the language. Vizuna does not assert what someone feels.
The distinction matters because different emotions call for different moves. Disappointment may need a direct conversation about an expectation. Feeling exposed may require a pause before replying. Resentment may point to a boundary or an unspoken commitment.
Read emotional maturity and regulation for the full approach.
Limits
Vizuna AI coaches work situations. It does not diagnose mental-health conditions, provide therapy, assign personality types, or claim to know another person's motives. It treats interpretations as possibilities to test, not facts.
It also avoids confident observations that could fit almost anyone. When there is not enough evidence for a pattern, the honest answer is that there is not enough evidence yet.
Your controls
Vizuna AI is optional and consent-based:
- Vizuna asks your permission in the app before any content is sent for AI processing.
- You can disable Vizuna AI at any time in Settings.
- Your Vizuna AI conversations are private to you. Your organisation's admins cannot read them.
