What is Vizuna?
Official Vizuna product documentation · Written by the Vizuna product team · Updated 13 August 2026
Vizuna is an AI people system for building trust and changing habits at work. Each person gets a private weekly practice built around one real situation. Vizuna AI, the coach inside the system, helps them understand what happened and choose one practical next move.
The short version
Vizuna works on the part of work that rarely appears in a job description: the promise that was missed, the feedback that became defensive, the decision that will not stay decided, or the relationship that has quietly gone cold.
The system is built on two ideas. Trust is the foundation: it determines whether people can rely on one another, speak candidly, and move without constant checking. Habit change is the mechanism: insight only matters if it changes what someone does in the next real moment.
Vizuna AI is the private coach inside that system. It is an important part of Vizuna, but it is not the whole product.
How it works
Once a week, a person brings one live work situation. The coach helps separate what happened from the meaning attached to it, notices relevant patterns across prior reflections, and proposes one proportionate Action. The Action is small enough to try in ordinary work and specific enough that another person could notice it.
The next week supplies new evidence. Did the conversation land differently? Was the commitment kept? Did the team respond? This is how Vizuna turns reflection into practice rather than another report that gets read once.
The three scopes
- Self. A private reflection on how you handled a real situation, what may be driving your response, and what to try next.
- 1:1. A private view of one working relationship. Colleague input is anonymised and combined before it reaches you, so you get the pattern, never the person.
- Teams. Aggregate signals about the conditions in a team, such as psychological safety, decision clarity, sustainable pace, and healthy conflict. Team views only appear once privacy thresholds are met.
Together, these scopes connect the person, the relationship, and the culture around them. A team problem is not always an individual skill gap. An individual pattern is not always caused by the culture. Vizuna keeps both possibilities in view.
What Vizuna coaches
The public coaching model covers ten connected areas, including trust, behaviour change, emotional regulation, protective reactions under pressure, conflict and repair, accountability, leadership, collaboration, team culture, and change.
Real situations cut across those labels. You do not have to diagnose yourself or choose a framework before asking for help. Bring what happened. Vizuna works out which lenses are useful and leaves out the ones that are not.
What Vizuna is not
- Not employee monitoring or surveillance
- Not a performance review, ranking, or individual scorecard
- Not a personality test or a system that assigns people fixed types
- Not therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment
- Not a substitute for a skilled human coach when a situation needs one
Who can use it
Organisations can deploy Vizuna across a team, function, or company. Individuals can also use it directly. The privacy boundary is the same in either case: personal reflections and coaching conversations stay with the person; organisations see protected aggregate patterns, not raw individual text.

Frequently asked questions
Is Vizuna a surveillance or monitoring tool?
No. Your reflections are visible only to you. Organisations see aggregate patterns across a team, never individual reflections, names, or who said what.
Do I need my employer to use Vizuna?
No. Individuals can sign up directly through the App Store or the web. Organisations can also roll Vizuna out for a team, function, or whole company.
