Getting started: organisations

Official Vizuna product documentation · Written by the Vizuna product team · Updated 12 August 2026

Organisations start with a guided setup: book a demo, scope the rollout together with the Vizuna team, and invite the first cohort. People join through their work email domain. Sponsors see aggregate patterns and adoption levels, never anything an individual wrote.

How an organisational rollout starts

Team and enterprise rollouts use guided setup rather than self-serve signup. That is deliberate: the first cohorts set the tone for everyone who follows, so we onboard them carefully.

The path is simple:

  1. Book a demo at vizuna.com/book-demo.
  2. Scope the rollout together: which team or function, how many people, what a good first 90 days looks like.
  3. Invite the first cohort. People sign up with their work email, which links them to your organisation automatically.

What your people experience

Each person gets a private weekly practice. They reflect on real situations, talk them through with Vizuna AI, and leave with one practical next move. This takes a few minutes a week, on the iPhone app or the web.

An employer can buy Vizuna, but cannot make it meaningful. The employee has to want it. That is why everything an individual writes stays private to them. People use Vizuna honestly because nothing they write can be read by their employer.

What sponsors see

Sponsors and admins see aggregate patterns across a team, broad themes, and adoption levels. They never see raw reflection text, private chats, individual feedback, individual rankings, or who said what. Team-level views only appear once privacy thresholds are met, so small groups stay protected.

Frequently asked questions

Can we try Vizuna with one team first?

Yes. Most rollouts start with one team or function, run for about 90 days, and then decide on expansion based on results.
