Rolling out Vizuna
Official Vizuna product documentation · Written by the Vizuna product team · Updated 12 August 2026
A Vizuna rollout runs in three phases over about 90 days: kickoff and onboarding in weeks 1 to 2, weekly pulse and habit formation in weeks 3 to 8, and a results review with an expansion decision in weeks 9 to 12. Setup is guided by the Vizuna team.
The 90-day arc
Rollouts follow a three-phase structure:
- Weeks 1–2: kickoff and onboarding. The first cohort joins through their work email, gets oriented, and does their first check-ins. Who sees what is worth covering in the kickoff, because adoption depends on people believing it. This phase is guided: the Vizuna team helps you scope who joins first and how it is introduced.
- Weeks 3–8: weekly pulse and habit formation. The rhythm settles in. People do their short weekly reflections, work with Vizuna AI, and start acting on their first Actions. This is where the habit either forms or does not, so it gets the most weeks.
- Weeks 9–12: results review and expansion decision. You look at what moved: adoption, aggregate patterns, and what participants say. Then you decide whether and where to expand.

What matters most in a rollout
How Vizuna is introduced matters more than any setting. One message needs to land clearly with every participant: this is for you, and your employer cannot read what you write.
If people believe that, they use it honestly and the rollout works. If they do not, the data goes polite and the value drops. That is why we recommend leading any kickoff with the privacy boundary, stated plainly. Point people at who sees what, which exists for exactly this.
What sponsors get
During and after the rollout, sponsors see adoption levels and aggregate team patterns, once privacy thresholds are met. That is enough to answer the questions that matter for the expansion decision: are people using it, is anything moving, and where would it help next.
Starting the conversation
If you are new to the product entirely, start with what Vizuna is and getting started for organisations. Individuals can start on their own instead — see getting started for individuals. Organisation rollouts use guided setup rather than self-serve signup. Book a demo and we will scope the right first cohort together.
